  Great service from knowledgeable staff. Every time I go in, I have vague questions about products I do not typically understand . The staff provide prompt, clear information that has greatly assisted me in determining which products are best for my purpose. Not a "5" just 'cause prices are a bit high....

  TERRIBLE service. My sister and I went here for one item, we had called 10 minutes before hand to make sure they had it and went up there as fast as we could. We were cutting it close to the closing time but when we pulled up, the open sign was still on and the doors were still open. when we got out of the car and ran up to the door A young girl met us at the door and refused to let us in, even though the open sign was still on. She tried to say that Natures Fair did not carry the item we were looking for but we had just called and spoke with a young man who confirmed that they did indeed have it. She spent more time telling us that we could not grab it quickly then it would have taken to buy the item. To top it off, as we were walking back to the vehicle we saw all 3 of the staff members standing in the window laughing about it. I would never turn down a customer if the open sign was still on and doors were still open. RUDE.

  I recently dropped in to Natures Fare in Kamloops to search out a variety of men's healthcare products (as recommended by my doctor). I was directed to consult with Leanna and after a 5-10 minute conversation I ended up purchasing the right product for my symptoms.

  Great selection of vegan, organic, gluten free foods. Staff is quite friendly and will help you find exactly what you’re looking for especially around the vitamin area.
