  James came right to our camp spot east of Kamloops this afternoon and fixed our hot water heater quickly and efficiently, he clearly knows what he is doing! I was bracing myself for a big bill, after all he had to come to us, but he was very, very reasonable. If I lived in Kamloops, James would get all my RV repair work.

  We had a problem with our fridge in our '92 Dutchmen. James identified the problem and notified us of a Norcold recall. Norcold did not have the part but offered a NEW FRIDGE for the cost of installation. Delivery was taking longer than expected and our vacation was approaching. James contacted the shipping company and found out that it would be in town 3 days earlier than the posted date. He did the install on a Saturday morning just before our departure!
