  Was visiting Kamloops BC & tried Quilas for the first time.Very friendly staff,the place was packed & the waiter did an excellent job @ tending to everyone within.Food was excellent,& talked to the owner when paying the bill to tell her that the service and experience was overall really good. Would definitely recommend

  Excellent Mexican Food! Having lived in Texas for many years, I know good mexican food and finding a place like this in Canada is rare! Outstanading little family owned restaurant. Food was amazing. They have a spicy sauce that you can ask for on the side that is out of this world. So full of complex flavours! Highly recommended to anyone in the Kamloops area.

  Not too impressed. Service was subpar and really surprised that the small basket of complimentary chips/salsa was $4 for each additional basket. Most Mexican restaurants provide unlimited chips and salsa or at least a decent size basket but this wasn't the case. The two items that we wanted to order they weren't serving / ran out of or were no longer on the menu. The waitress acted like she wasn't thrilled we were there and even when she messed up the order, didn't apologize. It was just a really poor experience for all of us. Food wasn't bad but expensive for what you get. Burritos are probably the best for the money.

  Been here twice. Both times we got jugs of margarita with proper rimmed margarita glassware. Table guac' is a great treat to start off with. The Chile Poblano is a really great dish, would try again. Also did the Mary Tierra, the prawns and fish were so perfect, the steak could have been a better cut of beef for the price tho. The service was excellent both times, the host made sure we had a great experience and it showed she cared!
