  James Dent and his son Dustin were absolutely sensational in the way they helped us with our 8 a/c mini splits in our home. The previous installer who shall remain nameless failed to fill the units properly with refrigerant, and failed to tighten up everything and as a result we had big problems. Hard to believe considering all the money we spent with them. These guys however (KamCity Mechanical) were polite, friendly, and fast. Plus - they charge a fair price! By the way, they evidently own a plumbing division too and based on my experience with them - they can have all my plumbing business too. Also, even though they are totally swamped because of the nice weather, they fit me in and stayed until early friday night on a beautiful summer night when they could have just abandoned me until Monday - but they did not do that. Instead, James just smiled and said he was going to get our a/c going so that the house would be nice and cool for our family and relatives who are arriving this weekend. James: I am a true fan of you and your company. THANK-YOU.

  I was away on holidays when my rental tenants called saying the furnace had shut down and wasn't working. What do I do? Made one call to Roger at KamCity and he was onsite that evening making sure they had heat for the night. The next day James from KamCity followed up with the tenants, replaced a part and tested the furnace making sure it was running safe. Before leaving he gave them his personal cell number to call if there were any other problems. Tenants were happy and commented how friendly and prompt the service was. Can't say enough how grateful I was that I could rest easy and enjoy my vacation, knowing that KamCity Mechanical was there to help! Thank Roger and James - you guys rock!! I highly recommend KamCity Mechanical for all your plumbing & heating needs.
