    Had an issue while staying there but management was more than helpful and we were able to come to terms on an agreement.

    Great location. Great Continental breakfast. Housekeeping and maintenance are very mediocre.

    I'm staying in Kamloops BC, for work. The rooms are great. Clean and the service is very helpful

    I recently booked with this hotel and did not have a positive experience. Since then, they have gone on to apologize and rectify the situation. I am still not overly impressed. I am, however, glad that they have made steps to right the problem.

    They upgraded our rooms to king suites for free upon check-in. Rooms are cozy and clean. Comfy beds and pillows too! Thank you Travelodge!!!
