  The room that we stayed in came with a kitchen sink, fridge and microwave. It was very convenient for us. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The kids enjoyed the indoor hot pool. All in all, it was a very good stay.

  Excellent service. Very clean rooms. Good WiFi. Microwave and fridge in every room. Plenty of parking and just off highway. Great hotel good price.

  The room was very nice and modern and it looks pleasant but our bathtub had a ring of dirt in it and the hot tub was extremely dirty as well. The front staff was hardly there for any questions whether we had called or waited there. Other than that is was quiet and just a fairly average stay

  Very good for a budget hotel. Didn't see much food options though I never expected a restaurant or anything (edit: discovered breakfast this morning, self serve, bacon...omlette...cereal etc). Rooms were clean, modern with a small fridge and microwave. I stayed due to work and the location is close to the highway to Vancouver. Friendly staff. I would say it's ideal for large families passing through on a budget, oh, also has a pool which I didn't take advantage of. All in all a pleasant stay.

  Was ok the first time I stayed the second time wasn't so pleasant got kicked out for no apparent reason other than shady visitor but that's allowed then says all rooms were booked that's false as well then says manager left a note which is bs cuz I have an email saying so from the GM then in such email says where I'm staying now is unacceptable then says we have comped a room at the hospitality inn wow u should see that rundown disaster of a missed abortion that is omg but yes this is where I met my first racist immigrant as I think I offended his gf cuz I tried to put in a complaint the night before I was kicked out due to the hostess looking at me with complete discuss due to me having an outted cigarette in my hand then I asked her y the face says the cigarette so I put it away then the face on her never changed then I asked her for change for their pinball machine and it was like I asked her for the moon so upon putting in my complaint I referred to her as Precious from the movie cuz I didn't know the chicks name plus they have resemblance so I think I offended his little crush then decided to make a call above his pay grade and kicked us out so yeah the service here in kamloops is no good
