    Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered, to the point of almost harassing the customers. Older woman scowled at me and then sent me away stating the form wasn't filled out correctly. Went to Kamloops Insurance Services where they said it was a non issue and gladly helped me. Visit at your own risk!!!

    They are great, really helped me save a lot of money. The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgable. Highly recommend dealing with Sussex Insurance.

    Poor customer service, the old lady was rude? "How come this is not filled out!'this & this!" There there ta help? Not going there again, also messed up on my insurance! Drove around with no insurance for few days.Lucky I went to a different insurance broker, Hubs best place ta go!

    Hands down the best insurance place in town. Amazing people and great customer service.

    Very Bad Customer services ! Staff always rude and instead of helping they start pointing out that this Document not filled properly etc or its ICBC request ! Not recommended! Hub staff much better .
