  Incredibly surprised by the owner - Alana's rude and extremely poor and unprofessional handling re: a waste disposal service Charge I did not agree to and was not informed about. Owner hung up the phone and told me NOT to return when I called today to simply voice my displeasure about being charged for a service I did not agree to pay for. The GCS fee is applied to every client no matter what. Any fee for disposing of her business WASTE should be her cost and tax deductible as an expense not infringing on her clients without their properly being informed....the fact she collects a fee without informing her clients beforehand or giving them the option to say no thank you is WRONG! I will not recommend her salon and am extremely disappointed at her lack of dispute reconciliation skills...SHAME on you Alana.

  These last couple months of preparing for a holiday, a crazy week of work and then my surgery where I have to take 4-6 weeks off was made easier knowing Jen "had my back" - and squeezed me in for a quick trim and to make sure that I wouldn't be stressed about my hair while healing up.

  I believe that I have been going to Changes Hair Studio since 2009 or 2010. Although I have had a couple different stylists I have been with Jen for the past 5 years I do believe. I can admit that I am probably a bit of a pain in the ass

  As I'm taking some time to heal after my surgery just over two weeks ago, I have time to reflect on the many people who have gone above and beyond to help make this less stressful for me.

  I walk in and someone is there to take my jacket and offer me a drink. Each hair appointment starts with a relaxation shoulder and head massage while sitting in their beautiful salon. Before I leave my next appointment is booked and I am always thankful for coming in.
