  I own a condo in Kamloops, currently occupied by family members. When it came time to ditch the furnace and install a heat pump, everything had to be done from a distance. Thank goodness for Simon, who carefully explained each step - sometimes more than once - until I was fully informed and ready to go ahead. And the family? Thrilled! Their comment about the installers: "They were just wonderful boys!" Thus far I've only seen pictures, but even so, it is possible to tell how beautiful it all looks. And to know they will be warm and cozy this winter .... priceless

  The day after the install i had trouble with the new Wifi thermostat. They sent out techs to recalibrate it . When this failed they sent another tech out to replace with a new unit ( different brand)that runs perfect now.

  could not be happier with the service, professionalism and quality of installation. they showed up consistently on time, worked hard and fast. and finished ahead of schedule. the quality of the work is impeccable. both the salesman and the install crew were very respectful and informative. and very friendly. i would recommend RapidCool to absolutely everyone.

  Had my old furnace replaced recently because it had leaked water under my new flooring. They accommodated my request to remove early one day so i could replace flooring before the install next day.Thru the install i was shown how they were improving to meet code that the previous one never met.

  Rapid Cool installed our new furnace a couple months ago and we are loving it. The service that they provided my husband and I was more than we could ever ask for. The installers were wonderful and got the job done quickly and we felt very taken care of. We are so impressed with Rapid Cool and our new furnace and would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you to everyone for you efficiency and hastiness in getting our furnace in.

  Amazing service! Rapid Cool installed an AC unit this past July (which was even more amazing in hindsight because it kept our home clear of the smoke from all the fires this summer). They were quick, knowledagable and helpful. This last weekend our thermostat shut down (not purchased from rapid cool) and then simultaneously ran a.c. and heat at the same time to make our house a cool 30 degrees. But someone was here in minutes and we had a solution very quickly. Thanks again!
