  Awesome dealer to deal with.I had all kinds of concerns about purchasing an rv as I knew nothing other than I wanted one.Steve went above and beyond dealing with all of them.We are super happy how the staff treated us after our purchase.Joel spent hours with us ensuring we understood the best way to both maintain and enjoy our trailer.We drove off the lot confident rvrs and don't regret anything about our purchase.We wouldn't dream of dealing anywhere else.Thanks guys,job well done!!!!!!

  Was told I didn’t buy my RV from them so I was very far down the priority list. After 5 weeks of them having my RV I just went and picked it up to take somewhere else. I will never go there again and if you didn’t buy from Joel I wouldn’t even bother asking for minor repairs to be done.....I phoned many times and was told in the next few days it would get done but those days never came.

  Just picked up my second car purchased from Automotion , my first car after 300000km was replaced and again I am very happy my newcar was delivered spotlessly and seamlessly thanks again Steve and crew

  had pleasant dealings with Mr Mills and thought he was also happy. we delivered his used trailer to Vancouver Island as he had no way to get it there. I personally never heard from him until he wrote his review with not even a chance to deal with his issue. He said his spare tire was unusable and i offered to get him a new one. i asked why he didn't phone me and what his issue was about me. After he had purchased the trailer he showed up multiple times to put personal items in the trailer and walked into my office ,during one of these visits, when i was on a long distance business call and because i did not immediately end the call he felt that i did not care about him and he felt demeaned. I again apologized and said that was not my intent and that I was sorry he felt that way. He promised to fix his review because he didn't think i would talk to him for some unknown reason. He did not fix the review and when i asked he demanded 260 dollars for a spare tire which is way over what they cost and refused to fix his review until i paid him money. I am still sorry things get to this and that Mr. Mills did not just come and talk to me and we could have dealt with this.

  I recieved an un useable spare tire for my 24,000 dollar purchase an the trailer rv leaks like sive in the rain,Steve Smith was very rude to me when I ask for info I would never again purchase from his company after my demeanig experience he is all talk and he makes me feel like I am in the way of his successful bussiness when I ask for info.. I could say more I have sayed enough no thx Mr. Steve
