  I come here all the time... I work in the beauty industry and avidly promote the infrared bed (it's amazing if you have pain) however - even though they know me by name - the girl working Saturday in the north shore location refused to let me use the infrared bed because there was only 20 minutes left until closing. 4pm. If you stop serving people at 330 or 340 on weekends so you can be out and lock the doors by 4 then it should clearly state that. I drive 30 minutes out of my way everytime I go there and 30 minutes back because I like this location and I send all my customers here. But after today I won't be coming back. I hope that it was worth losing a customer so you could be out by 4pm and not a minute later.

  Finally can't understand why anyone would complain about this studio. Even the one comment I read about closing. They have hours which any other business does and that's why booking an appt is important....our world needs more love stop complaining people

  I always have the best experience at both Fabutan locations. They have a comfortable waiting area plus many locations that help when I travel for work. Their staff at both locations can answer any question you have. For my girlfriends birthday, I purchased her a classic eye lash extension set. This was the first time she had ever had eyelash extensions but the ladies made her feel at ease. She was in love with them and continually goes back to see them.

  Staff are friendly, studio is so clean. The best tanning studio in Kamloops to go to. There bulbs are changed always and you get the best tan.

  Fabutan rocks!! Anytime I come in they do the best they can to accommodate me. I have no issues making an appointment and they are so efficient at getting me in at my scheduled time. Della absolutely rocks at doing the eyelash extensions and all the girls are super friendly!! I would recommend Fabutan on the Northshore and in Aberdeen as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

  This is by far the best tanning salon in Kamloops. The staff is super nice and always greets me by name. The place is always clean and is a great environment.

  I had enough time to use the facility. But negotiating why she wouldn't let me, took enough time for it to not be worth it.
