  We found it too noisy by the bar. The speakers were right over our heads. So we asked to move to a quieter place. They sat us in the dining room. It was much quieter, but it was cold.

  Service was awful. Took 10 minutes for someone to notice us waiting for a table. There were 4 servers and 2 tables and no one was getting attention. After getting seated no one came to ask for our orders, After 15 minutes we left. Not impressed. My bf and I use to go there all the time. Not anymore. Terrible. No wonder there were only two tables of people in there.

  Had my bachelorette party dinner there. Service was outstanding, the food was good and the drinks even better. Always love coming to moxie's! Just recently I got to know the great customer service here. I can definitely recommend a visit to anybody looking for good food and good drinks in a classy atmosphere.

  We stayed at the Sandman Signature Hotel and this was one of the restaurants inside the hotel that does have street access too. It is an excellent place for food and drink. The quality was amazing and it was definitely value for money. They also have daily alcohol specials which are worth utilising. Make sure you try the chicken lettuce wraps :) if you are staying within the hotel, you can also order their menu via room service which is an added bonus :)

  I personally have worked in the restaurant industry for five years and I was shocked by the service I received about three weeks ago. It was 11 PM on a Friday or Saturday night. We were greeted buy a server and she said us at a table in the lounge. Six or seven minutes went by and a different server came over and took our drink order. We weren’t in a rush so that didn’t bother us. The drinks took about 5 minutes to arrive. It was an hour to closing and the other table was a party of 15 or so that was the only other people in the restaurant. I ordered the bread and dip appetizer and the girl told me that it was going to take an hour. I looked at the kitchen and saw the five cooks on the floor and asked her nicely how come considering there was plenty of stuff on and she told me that because of the other party that just had wrong in their food. I said well it’s only bread so maybe just go ask and if it’s going to take more than half an hour I won’t get it. She didn’t seem too thrilled about going back to ask but she did and told me it was not going to take that long so she put the order in. Food came about 10 minutes later. Tasted good

  And was fresh and warm. We had some friends join us from sharks club next-door and order sh we had some friends join us from sharks club next-door. We ordered three shots and she brought us the wrong ones. We told her nicely and no apology just a dirty luck she went to go change it. The other ones were left on the table so we took them considering we didn’t think she was going to reuse them that they were just going to be thrown out. Ordered one more round of shots which took another at least 10 minutes to arrive. I was waiting for the bill as we wanted to leave and were there a lot longer than expected and wasn’t happy with the service at this point. So Went up to the bartender and nicely asked if I could grab the bill went up to the bartender and nicely asked if I could grab the bill and Settle up with him. Rudely he said I had to wait for the server as I could see her and the other girl we’re taking payments from the party which I understood but settle up with him. He rudely said that she was serving the whole restaurant which was our table and the party. All we ordered was an appy and some drinks. Finally she brings the bill over and walks away as we tried to pay so we waited for her to come back and we noticed that she had charges for the shots that we did not order. We let her know and she said we had to pay because we took them. We ended up paying for them and the entire 200 dollar bill all Together just so we could leave. Never returning. The manager was smiling and said have a good night to us but i don’t think he had any clue as to what was going on. The girl with the short black hair definitely should take up a new profession as customer service isn’t her calling.

  The waitress was very attentive and friendly and the food was good.
