Very friendly helpful people . My 4 year old dog had a medical emergency and the veterinarian and his staff were so wonderful to me & made sure they gave him the best care. He stayed in for two days on IV and made a full recovery. I am very thankful for this clinic. Prices were quite reasonable also. We previously lived in Edmonton and the services he received would have been thousands of dollars in Alberta. Thanks again for your wonderful practice !

In conclusion, I recommend Twin Rivers Vet to all of my friends and will return to them should the need arise.

I brought my aged cat Freddie in and he had been attacked and badly wounded by a neighbourhood cat. The vet had a big job to perform surgery to reattach his tail and treat the wounds. I had to come back twice for the wound treatment and follow-up. I found all of the staff so friendly and professional.

I just want to say thank you to the twin rivers animal hospital as they helped me with my dog, knowing I didn't have an arm and a leg to spend, giving me THE BEST results we could have ever wished for ! My dogs infection cleared up in three days and she has been active and back to her normal self since! And they even called me exactly a week later to check up on her condition and to see how we're doing! I will forever goto this vet as all there staff and volunteers were GREAT, with my dog and myself and made us feel right at home! I really reccommend this vet clinic to anyone and everyone! They're prices are great, and there skills are sooo amazing!

It was very kind of the person who has written a comment to take the hit cat to the clinic, however the veterinary hospital cannot be expected to pay for every stray/hit animal that is brought in that the person says is 'not theirs'. In my experience with cat rescue, if one picks up an animal on the side of the road, that person is to be commended, but they are also at that instant accepting some responsibility for that animal. Had that cat been alive and treatable, it is likely the clinic staff may have called a local rescue group for assistance - which in the case of the private group I work with, the assistance would most certainly have been given.

Also, my cat seemed relaxed. In addition, the staff did not try to add on unnecessary fees for items that I did not want. Another local vet did this to me and it has happened to me in other provinces. I simply do not return to these vets and let others know of their unscrupulousness.

Twin Rivers Animal hospital has provided terrific service to me and my rescue cats for almost 2 years now. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor is very thorough, the premises are very clean and the animals are treated very well.

I was expecting a very large bill so was pleased with a very reasonable one. I told my sister who lives in Ottawa and she agreed that I got a good deal at Twin Rivers.
