    I have phoned 3 times this morning since they opened and apparently they just ignore their phone calls. I have a quick question that I need answered and have previously always gone here, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

    My wife and I met with Jennifer and her team yesterday to look at their corporate plans. The service we had received was excellent. We have been with Rogers for many years and the switch over was taken care of with extreme professionalism.

    Took over an hour to sign up for internet in store. They also needed a SIN and a credit check to sign up for internet, which I think is absurd.

    Over the holidays Telus and Telus stores are quite busy, I found Jenn and the crew here did an awesome job of multitasking people the best they could . Thanks for all the help and your attentiveness. My go to Telus store !
