  Amazing service here. They are super friendly and will answer all your questions, and even when I mentioned my bad experiences previously buying Dakota boots through Marks, they were not eager to bash the competition. Haven't used the new boots for long but I can tell you red wing boots are way ahead of Dakota for quality!

  Friendly, knowledgeable service. Electronic foot pressure point and size measurements. Solid Red Wing guarantee. You will never feel rushed in and out of the store here. Free lace replacement for purchased boots. They can resin-coat the tips of any of their traditional uncapped safety boots if you prefer a traditional boot but with extra protection from scuffing of the toe leather. Back entrance laneway access through their sister-store if you are parking in the parkade on Seymour Street.

  Worth every dollar for a pair of work boots, great boots and shoes, 90 days to take em back if they have a problem or they are just not right. Best warranty I've had on boots. Top notch service, sales staff know what they are talking about. I'm a raving fan, I will be back.

  Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I love my Red Wing boots - well worth the extra price as they'll outlast other brands by far!
