  My husband and I decided to list our condo and buy a house this past winter with the craziest expectations of completing both sales within 3 weeks to capitalize on the final weeks before the mortgage rules changed. We went to Brendan with our unrealistic goals, to only be treated with the utmost respect. He saw our dreams and helped us achieve them.
