  Service Plus replaced our furnace last year with a high efficiency Amana furnace. They arrived on-time, finished on time and had the best quote for a high-efficiency furnace by far. I would deal with them again in a second.

  We had them twice, once for furnace install and once for water heater call out. Both times work was excellent, very professional technicians, came when scheduled. Charges were competitive and exactly what was quoted.

  I asked that the hole in the basement floor be filled before the furnace was installed, and that the furnace exhaust go out the back of the house. When I got home the furnace was installed without the hole being filled and the exhaust was put out the side of the house.

  Terrible service as 'Service Plus' were no help at all...more expensive than their competitors. When we complained at Better Business Bureau, all they replied with were lies and excuses. This company should be ashamed to call themselves a 'service' as all they care about is money and not treating customers right! We will never buy anything at this place. Buyer beware!

  Get it in writing or be there on installation day. The product is good but they do whatever is easiest for them and don't care what you ask for.

  Called to have all new appliances installed, gave the list. Expensive but figured you get what you pay for. The installer complained the entire time and said he doesn't do microwaves and walked out. Unpleasant to be around and overall a bad experience. I would say "SERVICE MINUS" is a more appropriate name
