  The courteous thing to do would have been to contact me soon after they thought the appointment should have started to see if i was coming in. As it happened i was waiting in my vehicle just outside the clinic waiting for 12:30 when i thought it was supposed to happen and could have come right in. The strange excuse i got was that they are too busy to follow up on clients coming in. But they weren't too busy to call and tell me at exactly 12:30 that they would be billing me for a missed appointment.

  Despite the severity and scope of my various injuries they were able to get me out of a wheelchair walking again as well as helping restore full range of motion to my shoulder and neck. The knowledgeable staff were also able to greatly assist me with pain management, enabling me to be weaned off pain mediation for the first time in years.

  I have been seeing Lucki for over a year and she consistently provides great care. She is very personable and works with you to find solutions for improved mobility and range of motion. She gets it - you want to be out there living life and not hung up on injuries. Lucki will work with you on exercises to do outside of the clinic and will offer both prescribed and creative approaches to your overall healthcare.

  Staff were very friendly, welcoming and made me feel my time was valuable. I was in an MVA and had a fractured c1, l3, my clavicle was crushed, my scapula shattered. I also had some serious vestibular issues from a head injury and a torn diaphragm as well as various other small tears in my internal organs.

  I had an appointment which in my calendar was set for 12:30. The clinic had 12, i'm not sure if they entered it in their calendar incorrectly or i did, but regardless, instead of calling to ask if i was coming in at their scheduled time, they call at the exactly 12:30 to inform me that they would bill be for a missed appointment but i could reschedule if i wanted.

  My rating has no reflection on the physio care i received while going to this clinic. The practitioner is FANTASTIC and was instrumental in my quick recovery from an Achilles injury. I would love to continue seeing my physiotherapist, but after being a client for about 8 months, going every week to start and then every two week, and being treated this way by the company, I won't be back.
