  Very displeased that after waiting for cashier to finish with a customer I'm still told to wait when I ask to be buzzed into washroom. Pregnant women LOVE that. How hard is it to push a button before other customer comes up that came AFTER I got there and waited. Disgusted with that particular worker.

  Never anyone around to help. Calling is a waste of time. It makes me angry that the service sucks so bad because I used to work here. There just isn't any reason for me to shop here anymore. I'd rather go anywhere else.

  If you're looking for camera equipment, try and avoid Demetra, the camera department manager. Better yet, order from Vistek or TheCameraStore in Calgary, or Broadway Camera in Vancouver. She lacks knowledge on products and has been incredibly rude on many occasions, which is not great when spending thousands of dollars.

  Love shopping here in person. Great prices, especially the sales. Good selection of brands I like. Friendly staff at the tills. Good return policy, which they are good to their customers about. I hope this store stays open for a long time.
