  When I first brought my dog for a wash here, there were unlimited towels, dog treats, full strength shampoo, and it was clean. I brought her last week, they ration the towels (only 1), the shampoo was very watered down (consistency of water), and the treats were basically just crumbs. Disappointing. Go back to the previous level of service please.

  Great cat food variety with multiple Canada made brands. The dog grooming corner is original, although I’ve never used it if I had a dog I would certainly try it.

  More than two times we have made a special trip from outside of town to wash our dog at the dog wash that advertises guaranteed clean tubs and fresh towels- how do you wash a dog with NO towels. I didn't notice until my dog was all lathered and was then advised that there was no towels. When I suggested I get this was free of charge as I was simply just using water and a little soap he said that was not possible. Oh, and the tub was NOT clean. So much for the Bodley guarantees. I love the idea of a dog wash but when you never know whether or not you can actually wash your dog after loading them into the car and making the trek it's a little frustrating. I will now find other options. There are many other pet stores with GREAT customer service in town.

  I have now been three times for the (self) dog wash. First time was ok. second time I was using their towel and once it got damp it smelled like vomit. Not just a mildew smell, but serious vomit. Now today when I went to use the dryer the air was ice cold. Asked the staff, manager ended up saying they have no control of the temp that comes out. Really...won't go back.
