My dog loves this place - especially since it's leash optional!

Huge park situated on a big hill. Not much level ground but many hiking trails that offer outstanding views of the city and surrounding areas. Wilderness area so wild animals such as deer are fequently spotted. Dogs are welcome but please pick up after them. Baggies are provided. Can get quite dusty in the summer.

Tons of trails, a beautiful hike in snow or sunshine. Trails are well marked by difficulty and easy to find.

All season (almost, avoid mud) trails to enjoy a bit of elevation, pine trees and open space.
