  Excellence sevice and good food! This is the only Chinese restaurant in town I can find the real Chinese taste. The food are fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!

  Their food is generally good if you dine there, but when you order take out, for some reason the quality of the food plummets to barely one star. It’s happened several times now so we’ve just given up trying to order take out from this place.

  Chinese food in Kamloops is disgusting, shanghai mandarin used to be in my opinion one of the more decent places around town but I got some bad food from their and I'll never go there again. I got an order of honey garic ribs. That was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. It was soo awful I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I would be ashamed to serve that to a customer and expect to be paid for the food.

  No care no passion. My dish looked like some pale congealed mess of slope. I'm going to tell everyone I know to stay away from shanghai mandarin from now on till they close down forever.

  Staff is friendly and very helpful. They go the extra effort for special diets and orders. One of my favorite places to eat in kamlooops.

  Also, never ever order the Foo Yong - it’s a gross, wet, gloppy oily mess. Third time now so it wasn’t just an off day. We’ve given up on those too.
