  Would not stay here again. We booked in for two nights. The room was not cleaned the first day. The cleaning staff claimed that they understood my husband to say not to clean the room. My husband said that he never told them anything!! Of course, I believe my husband.

  Kamloops at all was not a real inviting place. But as the stretch between Banff and Vancouver is a bit long to drive at once I would suggest to stay somewhere else.

  Never experienced this anywhere else (motels/hotels). Rooms always cleaned, beds made, etc., each day. VERY DISAPPOINTED

  The gentleman that handled our booking at the front counter was fast and courteous. The facility itself is where I am disappointed. The bathroom doesn't have a sink in it! You need to leave the bathroom to use the sink in the middle of the room, the TV barely had any active channels, the attached suite for the kids room is basically a hollowed out walk-in closet that has a folding closet door with a normal door handle installed. The bathroom door doesn't lock and everything seems old and dated. The beds were not comfortable. The pool, although nice to have, needs a really good clean. It also didn't help that at all hours of the night telling and door slamming could be heard. I will not be staying here again and advise on booking almost anywhere else.

  All views are subjective and I try to do mine being unbiased​. Room was clean with two big queen size beds. Motel is older so I don't expect maintenance​ to be perfect but it was fine for me. Room and especially bathroom were clean. I was well satisfied with my stay and would stay here again if passing through. Price was in my budget and not bad at all.

  The next room had stained sheets and pet hair on carpet and chairs - we traveled with a pet and had to pay a 20$ cleaning fee for our cats. Wondering why you pay extra when they don't clean it "extra" after a pet stayed in the room.

  First room we checked in smelled like a heavy smoker was in there before. As we claimed to get a room without smoke smell the clerk wanted to have extra money from us, as the other room (I estimate the occupancy on max. 20% as it was offseason). We refused to pay extra - so she said "but you are just using one of the beds in the room!" ... yeah sure :D
