    I bought a kingsdown bed at this store which they claimed is a high-end bed at a very high-end price, and their claims of this bed being made of high tech fabric that does not heat your body up as you sleep is not true! this bed is awful! 3 months old and it has a sag.

    Close to closing, I dipped in and prepared to zip out with basically a random pair of pillows that seemed 'good enough'. Instead he got me to lay down and try about 8 pillows and narrowed down the spectrum to a pillow that I'd never tried before but ended up really liking. I didn't feel rushed at all, and he knew a LOT about all the mattresses, pillows, etc.

    Great prices, bad service. Bought a mattress here and was told it would be in the store for pick up in a week. Called back after two weeks to inquire if my mattress arrived and was told they would look into it and call me back. Called back few days later after no one returned my call. They told me that I had purchased my mattress from someone who did not work in the store and that she had messed up the order. Have to wait another two weeks. Really poor business practice to blame other employees for mistakes.

    Very friendly staff, she took her time and showed us around all the option. I really like the old mattress disposal option.

    ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THIS COMPANY: I bought a Simmons Beauty Rest to which a year later the mattress had sagged so terrible my back aches everyday day. I put in a Warranty claim and Lance( warranty person) neglected to call me when he said he would and then made an appointment to come and didn't, then calls and says he can come a week later on his way out for holidays and was less than impressed to do so. My husband tells me he was here for 10 min and said " Oh yes I recognize this problem" took some measurements and told my husband someone would call me within two days to discuss how I can finish the claim and that there would be no issues with this claim. I waited a week and no one called so I called Sleep Country to which I spoke with Edward who told me no one called me because the claim is not valid as my bed is sagging one and quarter inch and needs to be one and half inch!! Edward then tells me " don't worry we can still do something, I will send you a letter for exchange and it will cost you 50 for delivery that is the only difference between warranty coverage and no warranty coverage" I said fine! I took the letter went to my local Sleep Country found a bed and was ready to order the following week. I called Sleep Country spoke with Myrna who was a complete ignorant customer service rep to start off and then goes on to tell me the letter was sent in error and she was revoking it!! I said you can't revoke a letter your company sent whether legit or error it's your fault. She said she would have an Executive member call. Another week goes by and no call!! I called this morning and got Edward again who tells me no one called me because I hung up the phone on Myrna.. So now he tells me it will take 42 to 72 hours for someone to call me back!! Seriously SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA YOU ARE THE WORST!!! I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
