  Very happy with receptionist (guy with green Christmas sweater) he helped us match a rate, find attractions and so much more. Even though the manager questioned why we got such a good rate. Hope the guy gets a raise instead of being questioned

  The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. We had stayed one night in a different hotel and wanted to switch to this location. He helped us cancel our second night at the other hotel and had our room ready within 40 minutes of us booking. Beds were comfortable and pillows were the best kind of fluffy. Quality for sure!

  I wouldn't recommend anyone to help this business grow - but again, its a matter of personal choice :)

  Its highly unethical on the part of the staff to make us go through this ordeal and not send back the headphones. Sometimes items have a heavy emotional value than just the monetary (even that wasn't a small amount in this case), but to ill treat customers in an inhuman fashion is an absolutely deplorable show of character by the staff.

  We traveled from San Diego, California and stayed here in June 2017. While checking out, we forgot our small carry bag that had among other invaluable hiking gear, a pair of valuable $380 Bose headphones. We called them a day later and asked them if they still have that bag and in particular those headphones. They said yes we do and that they can ship those back to us with the rest of the stuff. Obviously, we were really thankful to them for doing that and so my husband called them and the local FedEx quite a few times to make that happen. We paid a shipping of $35 and finally the bag arrived in San Diego at our home, only to find that the headphones were missing. We called the FedEx office and they said the items on the shipping label are the ones that were provided to their office. The label said "hiking gear". So we called the hotel again and they were super rude to us saying they didn't know where the headphones were and that they didn't have time to attend to us. After a few days I called them again- but they kept on refusing to speak to us. I dropped them an email a couple weeks later to which they never responded.

  Stayed here halfway through a road trip. Dog friendly. Clean. Good staff. Right off the highway. Breakfast included (although we never tried it). We liked the hotel enough to stay on our way back through Kamloops.
