  Clean, quiet room. Included breakfast was all you needed. Bed very comfortable and the new decor was soothing and not too loud.

  Today, Dec. 30, 2017 my friend and I decided to have lunch at the White Spot which is attached to the Holiday Inn. We had to park at the hotel entrance because there is not handicapped parking at the White Spot. This is inconvenient as my friend is disabled and needs the aid of two crutches. The parking lot had not been scrapped and the parking stalled where full of snow. I had gotten out of the car and walked around to aid my friend, I slipped on the sidewalk and fell. With the assistance of a gentleman standing outside i was able to get up. My friend who now had gotten out of the car herself with her crutches decided that the walkway was too slippery for her so we walked through the snow to the sidewalk at the front door. The sidewalk being wet and snowy and slippery I fell again for the second time. The same gentleman helped me again. This time i hurt my need and slightly pulled a muscle in the back of leg. We finally made it to White Spot by going through the safety of the lobby , but first filling out an accident form at the front desk. After lunch we came out the same way we came in through the lobby. I pulled the car right up the to entrance so my disabled friend did n't have to trudge through the snow. This time she fell, and hurt her leg. My friend has to use two canes to get around. This was very upsetting to both of us. I am letting everyone know that this place is dangerous , the side walk is made of very nice but very slick paving stones.When they get wet they get slippery, along with not having adequate snow removal and anti slip measures in place it is not a good place to go when it is wet.

  Great property and great staff. Clean, Comfortable, and quiet. An excellent rest and stay over. Seemed quiet the night I was there and that could be why.

  Excellent staff, very alert at ALL TIMES. Immaculate rooms, fully renovated. They have a full breakfast that's got lots of variety. Clean indoor pool and hot tub with a work out area.

  Loved the pool area, it was always quiet. Breakfast was always great and the staff listened to all our requests and concerns.
