    Horrible workmanship, and disgusting customer service. While installing my keyless entry they wrecked my door frames and left a huge mess. During the cold spell I even had frost on the inside of my door. When I called customer service she stated that I payed for the job and that she didn't care. I would never call Browns for another service call. Just when you think you have paid for a professional install.
