  I have been dealing with this office for about 5 years and have always found them to be attentive. They know who I am and I don't have to take all my papers and account numbers for my house and travel insurance quotes. They have always been good at providing quotes on other insurance needs and looking after policy changes as I move. I live in another part of the city now, but make the drive to them as I need to renew policies. They are very knowledgeable and other places I have tried have made mistakes on polices so it is worth the drive to me.

  İ am giving this place a 1 rating due to a lack of customer service. I watched as two employees walked in the door 4 minutes until they open and completely ignored the senior citizen who is patiently waiting outside,as you will see in the picture, to give them his money and get insurance. Any reason they could not have offered him a seat for the four minutes or at least spoken to him and they walked past him? Shame on you.

  Every time I deal with Capri Insurance I feel like I get ripped off. Be very careful dealing with this branch when it comes to home insurance.
