    this was the ugliest worset nurses and cargivers and so called drs ever...the drs and nurses that run this place are highly dysfunctional they treated mty mom with dementia like crap,one staff member put a dirty old laundry bag over my moms head...I had many complaints about this place....and nothing was ever done........my moms now dead.....if I could do it over again id never would have put her in there.....its best to keep your loved ones at home and pay for care workers to come in and only the ones who are sincerely there to care not for a paycheck and get lawyers to protect against these horrible drs in Kamloops,good luck too every one and those who abused my mom karma is coming to you....
