  Low end forgot it, nothing but a waste of time here. I had walked in many times and never got any help finally one day did and they booked me came back and what a horrible job never went back. I have friends who go there though and like it but I can't get past the tacky decor as well as my experience with service was horrible and when i asked for the owner the manger would not give me any info. I should not have paid. The back is not quiet or private so forget any other services except nails.

  My girlfriend had an appointment to get her eyelashes tinted. She scheduled the appointment for 4:15. They called the day prior and asked if she could come in for 4:00. She said she finishes work at 4, but will head there right away and should be able to be there for 4:10. She arrived at 4:10 and they turned her away and said she was late, when in reality, they changed the appointment on her. Terrible, terrible service. No apologies. Don't ever go to this place.

  Get Polished has the nicest team ever. They are all super welcoming and nice. Its alway easy to book appointments and their nail artists and hair dressers are very professional in their job. I definitely recommend this place
