  Third, my wife calls the office to complain, and the person she spoke with, named Scott Douglas, patronized her by offering to buy her a coffee instead of giving an appropriate, professional response or even an apology. I then called back and asked to speak with his boss, to which he responded "you don't get any higher than Scott Douglas". It is unfortunate that someone like that is running a company of that size. Obviously not the respectable company I once thought it was.

  Thanks for the 14 hrs notice before shutting off our water for the whole day!!! For future reference most quality companies will give a weeks notice before a prolonged shutdown followed by a reminder 24 hrs prior to the shutdown.

  They did the same thing to us!! First Con-Ex only tells us the evening before that the water will be shut off at 9am. My wife provided the messenger with feedback that this was not enough notice when you have to plan for no water for a family for a day.

  Second while trying to get everything done before 9am in the morning....the water gets shut off at 8:30!
