  Salesmen are hunters here look out. Ur in there sights the second u step foot in there. Commission sales people u have to feel for them if they don't them they don't get paid ...... OUCH

  The brick has been located where it sits for along time, i guess that means something. I personally purchased a very nice leather couch there and some how they got me $300 off.

  Devon helped myself and family choose living dining room and bedroom sets including mattresses . He did an amazing Job! Even when my mattress was not a perfect ...we returned it in exchange for another with no hassles what so ever. If you are visiting brick kamloops ask for Devon he will look out for your best interests!

  They gave my dad damaged furniture and my father had to argue for 3 months to get them to have the decency to swap this bed with another bed. He’s an older guy and had to drive out to Kamloops from Vancouver and decemble the bed himself and it will take ages to get their assembly guy to assemble the new bed because it seems like they haven’t hired enough people due to their poor management! They don’t care about their customers and there are many other furniture stores that delivered and assemble mmediately. If anything is wrong with your furniture expect to have a long and tedious process in order to exchange something broken. If I was running a furniture store I would have the customer with the broken bed on my priority list and not leave it for 3 months, I would apologize with a hand written note, and I would give a discount for the new furniture that will be exchanged because my dad had to take time off work and drive for 4 hours to get to Kamloops and deal with this mess. The Brick does not understand what good customer service is.
