  From the initial phone call I knew Kim would serve my family well. She is very straightforward and upfront about the costs associated. She also met and exceeded all of our expectations when it came to the services provided. Kim and her staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic but in a genuine way. I would highly recommend Kim and Geoffrey's services to anyone in the Kamloops region.
