  I would like to thank Mindy and Nina for hosting the Feb 2018 Kamloops Chamber of Commerce Social... there were lots of great prizes (I didn't luck out this time), the food was great and the venue was easy to move around in... Thanks for you great hospitality...

  THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't even know where to start on this review other than to say never go here. They are total scam artists. I got a stereo installed in my car while I was at work. They quoted me a certain price so I agreed for them to put it in. While I was at work they called me a couple times to tell me it was going to be more money. In total I paid $300 dollars extra and it would have been another 100 for them to hook up the speakers. Therefore I had to take the doors apart and hook them up myself after. The woman manager there was very very rude to me and basically told me to suck it up/ Bad management, Terrible work. SCAMMERS!!!

  The installation was inconvenient: first, the wrong part was ordered. Instead of ordering it right away to fix the issue, those same managers told me that they would put it on the next order, and they'd get it weeks later, to save them shipping costs. Not great service. When I did finally get it installed, I drove off the property only to discover that the unit didn't connect to my phone as advertised. This turned out to be another installation problem. They fixed this one same day (good service - they made the time and were apologetic).

  As it stands, the unit is crooked, but secure. Additionally, one small bit of functionality that I was promised Is missing, even though I paid a small amount extra to get it. I will be living with it as-is for now, and will take my vehicle elsewhere to get these issues corrected.

  I have had nothing but terrible service at this stereo electronics shop. The older lady that owns this shop has such a negative attitude is very very rude and just nasty attitude towards anyone who shops at her store which is hardly anyone because every time Ive been in her store its completely devoid of anyone. Ive not ever seen a soul shopping there no wonder why with this person greeting you. She is always alone no other staff just her there so obviously there are never more then one or two people there shopping at a time. Again no wonder why with her running the show. I also got gouged every time I bought anything from this lady she is condescending and doesn't care about you the customer all she cares abought is how much money she can dig out of your pocket and how much profit she can gouge out of you the more UN informed you are the better she has one objective to rip you off for as much as possible she lies through her teeth and feeds you miss information and brow beets you if you call her on it. Shame guilt embarrassment all the way tactics in her arsenal to rip off the client. I don't even know how she is still in business and I suspect she won't be for very much longer that stores reputation is absolutely the worst ever just ask around at the other electronic shops and you'll see eyes rolling in there heads. Do not shop at this store anywhere but here or you will regret it.

  I made very clear that attention to detail was important to me regarding the installation of a head unit in my vehicle. While the employee who helped me was nice, energetic, and competent, his bosses/managers were pushy, and rudely and inappropriately undermined the employee while he was on the phone collecting information for me.
