    this is a aweful service ive suffered for months waiting for a referral they sent to local specialist who refused it 2 times because it wasnot properly done,and phoning there head office is a joke they never return calls or follows ups to take any responsibility,so we suffer needlessly no one ever phoned me to tell the referals were refused 2 times,this is a absolutle joke and the walkins here are a joke full by 9am...and we pay for this crap every month....don't go to these medviews in Kamloops there both a joke your wasting your time,go to another city for help,not here!
