  Dr Kramer is one of the best ENT doctors I have seen. And, my husband and I have seen a few. He takes the time to explain things very well, and if you still don't understand or want to argue the issue. He will either research it further or send you to a Larynologist to have the situation reviewed. I have never in the 5 years I have been seeing him ever had a complaint!! As to the people at the front desk, I have found that they too are very helpful and there have been times that we have had a good laugh. Yes, sometimes they have been very busy and not had the time to converse. They still have been very polite and helpful!!

  dr.Kramer is amazing and very down to earth individual he will sit down and make sure you get answers to all of your concerns. I highly recommend to see him if you need one of the best orthopedic in town.

  Dr.krammer has been best Dr in Kamloops and barb is assistant has been outstanding the rest of staff I found were very insensitive and non responsive, I had some complications after surgery not from his work,it ws a violent reaction to penaclyin and I phoned his office and told them about it and what should I do?they said they call back and I left several messages that day and was very upset they called and left message dr wasn't there and they take it seriously,i ended up in emergency and on iv, and he took time in his busy day to meet me at emergency couldn't recommend a better person...but some of his staff need to find other work,i could have gone into anaphylactic shock...I wont go for followup in 2 months I don't wanna deal with his staff....good luck everyone else that your surgeries go well...
