  As far as a Hudson's Bay store goes this one has seen better days. Not only was the store really empty looking it clearly hasn't seen any updates since it opened most likely. The Bay has really been turning itself around but this store is a disgrace. The staff did try to be as helpful as they could in finding what I was looking for but unfortunately wasn't carried at this location.

  For a company that has been in operations for hundreds of years customer service could use some attention. Docking hours need to be more accommodating to working peoples hours or else offer free delivery. Not the greatest help from management as she was "wearing flip flops" and couldn't help us. It defeats the point in having late mall hours if it doesn't cover all parts of the mall.

  Good quality products. Lots of big sales throughout the year. BUT... the store itself is a big huge mess. It has not been updated since the 70s, at least. Serious amounts of empty, wasted space throughout the store. Filthy carpeting. Filthy walls. Beat up old display units. Cranky old women working the cash registers. Would it hurt them to say "hello" or "please" or "thank you" now and then? None of them ever do - it's as if they're irritated by the mere presence of shoppers. This store (not The Bay) needs a serious overhaul, both in its building decor and its staff.

  Great furniture and mattresses. Very high quality product. Friendly staff.
