    Just located a hard to find pair of running shoes with Matt at atmosphere. He did a wonderful job of finding them and then I had to pay for them over the phone. Due to some past bad experiences with phone payments it was not allowed. By thinking outside the box a creative solution was reached. Very well done!! Thanks CFPS6699

    Took way too long before anyone offered any assistance, and when I was finally helped, the staff member knew very little about the product

    This is a really nice store. Good prices, lot's of merchandise and helpful staff. Glad I stopped by and bought a few things.

    Bought a kayak, great deal and the guy that helped me pick it out was great. Was told if it didn't like it, bringing it back wouldn't be a problem. Just a few days later decided I should have got a canoe instead. Went to return it and there was no way the lady would take it back. Went from their store to my garage and back. Hasn't been used once. Very upsetting.
