  Great service, they told me everything they were doing and did it faster that they expected. Had a striped transmission plug and they got it out and replaced for less than anywhere else was offering to do it. Have been going here since it opened and it stays at the same level of service, except for the car wash was closed lots last winter due to ice build up and there was lots coming out of the automatic one. Turn up your heat maybe?

  Vancouver is a few hours away and thus we had to drive there with this very hazardous situation of a tire potentially ripping apart en route.

  We went in to put on our winter tires. The staff were pleasant and helpful but did not check all 4 tires to be changed until the last was about to be put on....and that tire turned out to be in terrible condition. Partially our fault for not knowing the tire was in this condition, however they proceeded to put the tire on, charged us full price, and refused to put the old ones back on unless we paid full price again ($150 each time).

  They did not have any tires for us to purchase instead and we notified the staff that we need to be in Vancouver by tomorrow and therefore could not wait for tires to be ordered. They still refused to put our old summer tires back without charging us again.

  The man I spoke with on the phone sounded genuinely regretful, and I know this isn't completely their fault, but their unwillingness to reverse this mistake or compromise with us for safety's sake is just not right.

  On top of that, its WAY TO EXPENSIVE for self serve! I put in TWO DOLLARS and could not rinse my whole vehicle (mazda 3 sedan) I got about 1/2 way and i lost water.....so it cost ne FOUR dollars to JUST RINSE the dirt of the car...were not even talkin soap and scrubbing!!

  Initially, signage is poor regarding touchless and self serve wash bays. Almost waited in the touchless line of cars while 3 self serve bays were available - i had to get out of the car to find them empty..not that i am lazy but if i hadnt it would have wasted my time..

  We cannot afford these two tire changes, new tires, and then a third tire change to correct it, so we kept the dying tire and ordered new ones to be changed in Vancouver.
