  Awesome service from the staff at this location. I had taken my vehicle in a few months ago for an oil change and was have difficulty removing the filter housing last night when I was changing oil at home. I called to ask for advice and two staff actually offered to stop by my house and take a look after they finished work. They were able to identify there was an issue with the housing and it needed to be replaced. They really went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely being going back to this location.

  Fast and careful service. I'm sure they have saved me hundreds by spotting potential problems that I have taken to my mechanic for repair. They are also great about explaining what they are doing and why. I was sure they had put the wrong sized oil filter on my truck but they were very helpful explaining the difference between the filters they use as opposed to the ones I get at the parts store and why they are different sizes. I regularly do my own oil changes but I like to take my vehicles to them periodically for an oil change and the included inspection. They have treated me honestly and I no longer go to any other oil change business.

  Fast & Efficient service but our customer service was ridiculous. The young guy who helped us was very short and rude. His name is Brad and after our experience with him, we will never go back. He was rude when we chose the type of oil we wanted, when my boyfriend knew what he was talking about & when we asked about pricing for a future service he said “well you should just do it now, right?” Definitely should have just done it ourselves like we normally do. Never going to Jiffy again.

  fast, friendly & efficient service. staff is very knowledgeable and puts the customer first. always going that extra mile to make sure you leave happy :) would definitely recommend for any vehicle maintenance.
