  No call backs, no quotes, no parts, no knowledge. Jay is a piece of work. Had to pay for a second tow to another shop, which quoted me immediately over the phone and will have the work done my tomorrow afternoon.

  I went back last week with a domestic, all we need is the alternator replaced and we are day 5 with no quote and he told me today it might be a few more days until they can fix it!!!!!

  Warning... have had terrible treatment at Jay's Auto Services (1450 Battle). We took in an import to get major balancing work done and he couldn't complete a quote for over 2 weeks. Just kept stringing us along but blaming the import and saying that they are more difficult to work with.... which I believed.

  You won't find a more honest shop in town. We have used Jay's since we moved here 6 years ago and recommend them all the time. They will always tell you what exactly you need fixed and what can wait or doesn't really need to be done. They always come in with the lowest quote and we have always been very satisfied with all the work that was done. They have bailed us out more than once.

  In my 5 years with them, Jay's has always been above and beyond what I would expect from any auto service. They've been there for emergencies, offered knowledgeable advice, and always have been fair priced, sometimes surprising me with not charging a dime. They may not always be the cheapest short-sighted deal around, but I know I'll be taken good care of with honesty and quality that is worth it.

  We were stranded on our way to Vernon, during a blizzars as our front wheel bearing exploded! Managed to limp it to the body shop. Jays guys got us in right away to make sure to get us home safe! They were excellent and helped us get back on our journey. Special shout out to Jenen!
