  Bob Deangelis, Lisa, and the rest of the team were amazing! They were so booked up with other clients, yet still found time to give us excellent, prompt service, despite extra issues cropping up.   They were very professional. We received a nice courtesy car. The car looked amazing when we got it back they even fixed some extra scratches that weren't even from the accident. They did the best job ever but I still hope to never go back

  I had my work done for several years at a competitor of Craftsman collision but when I took my BMW there a couple of years ago they showed no interest . I took it Craftsman and Bob and his staff did a wonderful job . Recently I took my Dodge truck there to have the front bumper replaced through ICBC . I picked my truck up and I was astounded that they not only replaced the bumper but did a fabulous job cleaning my truck . Great service and going that extra mile from Bob , Bobbi and Lisa . Highly recommend Crftsman

  Bob at front desk was amazing help! Amazing work; perfect service. Got more that what i payed for. Cleaned inside and outside of my car. They kept to the estimated price.
