  I took my truck here for a brake job. The guys were really good for explaining what needed to be done and giving me a timeline for future work that needed to be done. Very quick turn around on quality work.

  They were completely unwilling to give any kind of refund on the misquote. Reaching owner/management/head office to complain is impossible I couldn’t find a number anywhere online or elsewhere.

  Actually a great experience. Doug at the front desk is super helpful, and all in all it wasn't horribly expensive. There's something to be said about chain franchises, it's easier for private shops to rip you off unless you know exactly what you need.

  As a 21 year old female with absolutely no knowledge about cars, having repairs done is about as high on my list of favourite activities as getting teeth pulled. HOWEVER, these guys have always made me feel comfortable. They have always given me fast friendly service, I have always been surprised at how low my bill is, they have always explained what they are doing and why they are doing it, and I would recommend them to everyone I know! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Called over the phone to get a quote for an oil change. Gave them our exact make, model, and year of vehicle. They quoted us a price that was cheaper than everywhere else we had called.

  After getting the oil change done we found it was a good 40% more than what was quoted. When I raise the issue the person at the front desk said “that’s why we always say single ‘starting at...’ “. Firstly he absolutely did not say “starting at” on the initial call. Secondly if you have the exact make, model, year of the vehicle why would you not just give a quote for the actual price of the oil change. You already know what it would cost before even bring the vehicle down there. Total bait and switch.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. We had auto troubles on a trip and they had us in and out in no time and did not charge us an arm and a leg. Highly recommend them.
