    Returned the car yesterday but now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to have my deposit put back on my card. B.S. !!

    I rented a Ford Edge and the rear door opened when I was driving and my dog fell out and received road rash to his legs and chin. Their Regional Manager Blair was "very concerned" but not enough to return a phone message. The on-site staff were great!
