  My 2017 Ram Sport is the 3rd Ram from Rivershore. I was more than willing to Fly in from Victoria to pick up the Ram. Having compared numbers with other stores, Rivershore Ram still offers amazing customer service and value for your money, even including the cost of a flight.

  We went into the dealership ready to purchase a new Jeep Renegade and trade in a vehicle. The salesman Rob Larocque was great. Very personable and informative. The issues began when the sales manager Tom Marchant got involved. Came back with an incredibly low ball offer for our trade in. I guess he still doesn't realize that customers will do their homework and know when they are being taken advantage of. He was quite adamant that because he is a businessman and needs to make money as well he was unable to offer more. We left looking at other options. His original price for our trade in was 15 500 dollars but called the next day to say his maximum price was 17 000 dollars. I called two other dealerships in BC who both had the exact same Jeep Renegade. Both of their offers for our trade in was 20 000 dollars. This was sight unseen. Ones price on the Renegade was the same and the other dealership was a bit less. This included them transporting the new vehicle with a car transporter right to our door step full of gas and them picking up our trade to take back home!!! All in all we saved over 4000 dollars by getting our new Renegade elsewhere and it took less then 24 hours.

  Says hours for service on Sunday are noon till 4pm. Why doesn't anyone answer the phone in service?!?!?!?

  Booked vehicle in for service. Drove 3.5 hours from home because there is no Dodge Dealer in our area. They have courtesy vehicles available but would not allow us to use one because we purchased our vehicle from a different Dodge dealer. The man working the counter was very condescending and short, saying that our courtesy vehicles are only for customers. I’m thinking....are you not getting paid to fix my vehicle??? I am a customer.

  I caution others to do their homework and don't be afraid to make some inquiries at other dealers anywhere in BC. Chance are you will save thousands compared to Rivershore.
