  People were nice, but service took longer than stated. but kindly compensated by decrease in price of service. The day after I received car back the low tire light came on. I have not had time to take it back in--had light when I first got car, so I knew it was not a huge emergency, but was surprised it came on after summer tires had just been put on. |After I took it in they told me it often happened and reset it, however it was back on before I drove out their driveway back. As I reflected on this I realized the low pressure tire was correct. A few days later I hit a curb and the tire became very flat. When the flat tire was removed the mechanic showed me the nail or bolt in the tire--it looked like it has been there quite a while, so the low tire light was correct. I would have expected the person who changed the tire examined the tire before it was put on. Not happy because I got stranded with the flat.

  Had a great experience at Dearborn Motors. Brent, our salesperson, worked diligently (even past his work day) to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we had chosen. He arranged delivery, inspected the upon-arrival detailing, and helped us learn 'the ropes' of our Ford Edge before we drove off the lot. I would recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone looking for a new (or new to them) vehicle. Thanks Brent!!

  While car shopping this summer, we wanted to see what Ford had to offer. We drove onto the lot and were met by a somewhat uninterested salesman. He asked "What are you doing here today?" and when we said we wanted to look at some vehicles, he basically lost interest in us. He offered no information and we had to ask if we could see the interior of an Escape. Out of the 7 Dealerships in town we visited and test drove at, this place was the absolute worst. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience to him. It was so off putting that we didn't even test drive any vehicles.

  I am so very pleased with my purchase of my 2012 Ford Focus Titanium - looks good, works great -- beautiful little car - took a long trip right away and never had any problems. The Dearborn Ford staff were very accommodating and helpful. The salesperson, Ruth, went over and above making sure everything was just right for me and taking time to get acquainted and teaching me everything she could about driving my new car by showing me all of it's many features. I very much appreciated her taking the time to do this as she felt that it was very important for me to be comfortable and understanding my new vehicle before driving it off the lot. Thank you very much for everything. Very pleasant experience.

  Drove all the way from the lower mainland to pick up my car from this dealership. The salesman Colin and sales manager Darcy went above and beyond to get me a price $9000 lower than my local dealership. They even went so far as to throw in the exterior and interior protective sealant for free!! The GM Todd is also very personable and made sure any concerns I had were addressed. 5/5 treatment, definitely worth the drive from Vancouver!
