Two Kona's and one Specialized all three have been great, the service is good and bike knowledge is better. Great repair shop always squeeze you in and don't overcharge. Helpful staff.

Brought in a Specialized bike and told them to just do what needed to be done to make it ready. $299.21 later I get my bike home with my tires almost flat at 8psi, brand new sram disc brakes rubbing badly on both wheels (to the point spinning the wheel by hand it would stop after 2 spins), and my aheadset very loose clanking around with my handlebars crooked. Brand new shifters and the rear derailleur was skipping cogs on highest gear. Anyone that rode the bike for even 30 seconds would see it's not really "ready". I'm not sure what they did besides install the new parts poorly and lube the chain, the bike didn't even get a wipe-down as part of the $60 tuneup. Ended up buying the tools to do everything myself - fixing all the problems took only a few minutes watching youtube videos... why couldn't they do this? The bike wasn't in great condition but that's why I brought it into a shop. After doing research their choice of parts was spot on though.
