    It has 3 ATM'S inside, one drive thru ATM and a bunch of customer service inside. It is clean and for the most part the lines go quickly. Obviously there will be waits, depending on who is in front of you and all that jazz. Good customers service and, for the most part, knowledgeable staff to suit your needs. Keep in mind it is a bank and they are out to make some sort of profit so don't be shocked with fees.... just make sure you are educated about your needs and everything will be groovy.

    The absolute worst bank in Canada. Worst customer service I have ever had. Staffs are not willing to solve your problems at all. A bunch of corrupted robbers who just want your money. Switched to CIBC and never regret it.

    Walk in and look past the long line of customers and you will see a row of teller stations sparsely staffed. The line ups and wait times at this branch are unacceptable and insulting to RBC's customers. The service once you can get it is fine.
