    I was given a bad check. The branch security questioned me and I explained the situation. I did not get any money from the check but they still black-balled my account. So I got my account suspended and interrogated because I was given a bad check. Fair warning... make sure any check you give them will clear or else.

    On Jan 6th, 2018 I wanted to send $6,200 from my chequing account to South Africa. The young Teller told me that she had to send the money in

    US currency. I agreed to that and gave her the information. She did not take the Canadian currency and convert it to see how many US dollars I could send, she simply sent $6.200 US which took a huge amount of money out of my account. I was very upset and she did not seem to think it was her fault at all. This is the second time in a few years that I have had a problem sending money to my family. There is a lack of training and no customer service.
