  I have been going to Liberty Tax for seven years. The services they deliver have been absolutely fantastic. I never ever have had any complain.They have helped me with my Canadian & U.S tax filing. Their pricing is reasonable and lower than their competitors. I am definitely going back to do my taxes at Liberty next year-it was worth every penny.

  The quality of service at Liberty Tax has declined since it was sold. This year, two of my family's three returns had errors in them that resulted in a CRA reassessment. One had me paying back almost half of the refund granted, and the other had my son having his tax owing increased by a substantial amount. In spite of Liberty Tax's guarantee, "If Liberty Tax Service makes an error in the preparation of your return that results in a cost of interest or penalty on additional tax due, we will pay the interest and penalty", and despite numerous phone calls over four months, the company has not reimbursed us the penalty and interest owed to us. I do not recommend this firm.
